Use of Service
Resume Ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload, including your resume and job descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Resume Ai a limited license to process and analyze that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train AI models without explicit consent.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the service to upload malicious files, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Resume Ai is a tool to assist your job search — it does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Resume Ai, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
